who will have a contractual relationship with Forget Me Not to provide learning
to you (its employees or members).
We do not knowingly collect, use, or
require any sensitive personal information. We urge our Registered Users not to
provide any sensitive information, such as racial origin, political beliefs,
religious beliefs, criminal convictions, etc. If we discover any such
information, we reserve the right to remove it immediately.
A "Registered User" refers
to:

An individual
licensed to use our Services.
2.
An individual
identified by a company licensed to use the Services.
When using our Services, Forget Me Not
collects and stores the Registered User’s name and email address. This
information helps in identification during login and in sending application
notifications when required.
Registered Users can optionally create
a profile, which might include a profile picture and/or a bio. Though this is
optional, users can view or amend this information at any time under the
Account section.
Additionally, Registered Users might
enrol in one or more learning series. As part of this enrolment, users will
answer questions over time and access content. Forget Me Not stores these
responses and activities to inform future question delivery and content
presentations.

your employer/company as you register for an account with us, create or modify
your profile, use, access or interact with our services or websites (including
but not limited to when you upload, download, collaborate on or share content,
including photos and videos). Such content includes any personal information or
other sensitive information that you choose to include.

account with us, we may ask you to supply us with certain personally
identifiable information, including but not limited to first name, last name
and email address. We may present your name or email address to other users in
your organisation, or otherwise associated with your account in order to assist
in communication, sharing or recommendations.

personal information associated with your account, including your name, email
address, and profile information.
