Hi can someone please tell me the plug spanner size for my TW.

If in doubt ask at the parts counter of any car parts store. There's only two sizes so you can't go wrong really. It will come with a rubber bung in it to hold the plug.
You also need a long extension to reach down there.
I've removed the rubber bung and back off the plug about half way with the socket, then use a length of fuel line pushed over the end of the plug to unwind it the rest of the way and take it out. Nothing worse than dropping the plug back in and trying to get it out again.
Use the same hose to start the plug off when I put it back in. Hose on plug, lower it in, wind it in, then pull hose off. Then use the socket to do it up. If you have the rubber bung in the plug socket there is a good chance it will stay on the plug when you pull the socket out, do I just leave the bung out of the socket altogether.

Thank you for that would you use all Iridium , Platnum or go with the original set up.

Standard setup is double platinum in the rear, copper plugs in the front.
I use single NGK platinums all round.

Another question can anyone tell me ,can the rockers be removed to replace the lifters without the Cambelt tension being released.
