Hey fellas. Was driving home the other night, and looked at my dash. As you do..
(I have a TH sports, so I have the white cluster with the red gauges).

I thought, I would quite like to 'light up' the "sports" writing on the tacho, to somewhat match the rest of the cluster. Seems stupid it wasn't done from the factory..

First and formost, is it possible? Like, is there a bulb that would make that happen nearby? And really, I'd love it blue. To contrast the rest of the cluster. But I'm happy to settle for anything really! Possible? Done before? "In theory"?

What's your thoughts? Hope ya'll know what I'm on about!

I reckon the would look pretty good actually, also on the vr-x model too.

I like the idea... doing it right could be a challenge though. You'd need a sacrificial dash to try it on. My guess is that you could scrap off the paint covering the back side of the tacho' face... directly behind the "Sports" wording. But, I'm not sure what's back there, if it would be red of just translucent plastic.

Maybe somebody has already had a crack at this?

Or knows what's back there!
