So, the seller claims it to be an AWD Xi.
Xi never came in AWD to my knowledge,
It has the GTV spoiler and black leather, but no Nardi wheel/gearknob or 17" wheels.
Says quadtec on the engine cover.

Its is a KJ AWD.. not sure if they have grey carpet and black leather though.. Its very odd. Someone else might be able to confirm.

May have fitted GTV Seats and spoiler. Spoiler could of been a Factory option buy i dont think the seats would of been. Black seats and grey door trims makes it look like seats have been added. They look like the GTV seats as they are perforated on the back.

Probably a modded car then.

Since there aren't any Xi AWD's, as EGO said.. I would say it is an:
AWD KJ S2 Ei with:
-Optioned sunroof (these were available for an arm and a leg on the Ei's AFAIK)
-GTV seats and bootlid, with the GTV badge replaced with a generic AWD badge
-Xi grey leather door trims
-Factory headlight covers + bonnet protector (I think they're pretty groovy!)
Obviously not an Xi.

May have started life a Mitsubishi Executives car and a special build.....Ford and Holden do it and they often have extras that are mixed and matched compared to what is available to retail customers. Vee

KJ AWD. It has had black leather seats added. Spoiler was a factory option.

That is an interesting car.

It is a KJ2 AWD, but it has had the sunroof/leather combo option. $3850 ontop of the RRP

However, for some reason the KJ GTV seats have been installed. Perhaps the original grey interior was damaged or worn.

All AWD KJII's were Ei spec.
I've done a similar thing with my KJ AWD, custom Black leather door trims, in the process of fitting black leather seats (rears are done), Fitted Xi spec woodgrain centre console & sliding ashtray, plus a few trick Diamante upgrades etc...
It's Quite common for Ei Verada owners to up spec their rides with better bits from the Xi's, GTV's, JDM/USDM Diamantes etc.

I've noticed in the photos in car sales that this particular Verada only has the drab black plastic Ei spec centre console instead of the faux woodgrain of the Xi.
Seats are definately a GTVi retro fit.
