Hi all,
It is Insurance time once again.
It is marvelous the difference in what different companies say is an agreeable value for my car.
Minimum $10,500.00 maximum $13,910.00 including free windscreen.

Would appreciate input as to the value of:
2007 ES DB Series III 144309 klms. No dents/scratches etc.

Redbook.com.au very good indicator. car yards use it =P

2007 es DB series III Auto $9,200-11,000 90,000-150,000km respectively for km. so 1,800/60,000 x 6,000 = 180 dollars better than worst. so $9,380.
2007 es DB series III Manual $8,300-10,000 90,000km-150,000km 1700 / 60,000 x 6,000= 170 better than worse so $8,470.

they will almost always undervalues cars they don't want to pay out allot, also remember only go agreed for what you think its worth
the higher the number the more you pay in premium unless your a frequent crasher go for the appropriate value.\

Given what you have been offered depending on the premiums I would probably go for a figure around $10,000. If the premiums are so close its not funny say 20 dollars different go for as much as you can >=D

Id like as much as most ppl that "LIKE" cars would prefer manual they are not often worth more unless a person specifically prefers manual like myself
if i was presented with two identical cars the auto i can get for 11,000 and the manual i can get for 12,000 Id slap the person offering the manual for charging more and begrudgingly pay the 12,000 as i prefer manual
Auto = sleepy.

Yeah I'm with Muteki, around $10k would be pretty reasonable.

I've seen VR-Xs/GTs with lower kms than you for less than $14k on Carsales etc, so for an ES you'd be kidding yourself...

Thank you.
I had looked at some car sale sites to gauge prices, but I know that they do not reflect to correct value.
$90.00 difference so will go for the $10.500.00 option.http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/images/smilies/happy.gif

I'm with cole's insurance. I have a 2007 GT DB with 70k on the clock. My premium is under $500, ( but not by much). $600 dollar excess, free windscreen, agreed value is $18300.
Btw, I'm over 40 :)
