Hey guys I'm moving to a new place shortly, and will use public transport instead of using my car for work. The new place has a single car garage, although a bit old at least it has something. But I still want to protect my VRX from collecting dust and (this will sound girly) but spiders, (I hate them with a passion)
Anywhoo I want a good car cover that will protect it from the elements but have not owned one nor do I know anyone who has. So I guess I'm just asking if anyone has got one where di you get it, how much, does it do a good job... that sorta thing.
Thanks in advance too guys.

The thing with car covers is that your car has to be perfectly clean when you put them on, otherwise you risk the cover rubbing against the dust on the paintwork and inflicting swirls.
Dust isn't an issue. I would only use a car cover if your car was left outside and was at risk of bats, birds, industrial fallout etc - things that will actually eat into the paint and cause irreversible damage.
Just leave in the garage, don't fret about the dust, and use some bug control bombs every month or two to keep away the spiders :)

I have some old sheets that have been joined together to cover mine. They are soft and fairly heavy so they don't move. Does the job and saves throwing them out

I got a cover for my old GAL and never used it until my GFs Nan needed it. Was put away for three weeks in the driveway and was fine. Was a generic cover from Aldi. Has light cloth on the inside and shouldn't scratch any paint
