I'm wondering if anyone has done this? I don't really have access to look at the difference in bolt patterns on mine to compare so hoping someone has.
Also I know all the jazz about the rears not doing much. I don't care, I just want to know if there are options for it so please take that talk somewhere else

Assume you mean 3rd gen wagon?
I have rear AWD brakes to fit on mine, but while they bolt up ok (with the rear spacer from hoppers), there is a problem.
Due the different rear suspension to the sedans, the brake line comes out the calipers (the actual caliper bolts up fine) and straight into the rear springs.
I believe I would be able to get the brake line connection setup modified, which I hope should be fairly simple for someone in this business, but time and money hasn't allowed yet.
I will post further once done.

There are many options, the main issue is not bolt pattern is the way the brake line comes out of the calliper. Because of the lower arm the hose can foul on the arm, the second gen wagons with ABS have the similar rotor / calliper as the Ralliart and AWD (in so far as it is a vented rotor) however have the line differently angled and will clear no issue.
I have looked into this before with my old wagon, never got around to it but I think from memory I was going to use the second gen abs rear wagon rotor coupled with the same calliper and get a new brake hose made up so both ends match up ie the correct fitting for the calliper and then the correct fitting to go into the metal brake line.

So it's the same bolt pattern but the lines go into the spring?
Might have a look next chance I get, borrow some rear calipers. That or do it at a wreckers.

Ok, your reply came through when i was writing Mal.
Would it be a matter of getting the hose replaced with something on a different angel or is it that the whole position is wrong?
