Hey guys,

A few months ago I was driving at night and I hit a pretty big pot hole and it popped my tire.. I chucked on my spare and continued driving it home. The alignment was out and since I had a flat i thought id go down to the local bob jane and get the tyre fixed (had to be replaced because of where the hole was so i replaced both front tyres and put my old right one as a spare) and also the alignment done in one hit.
After getting the car back I noticed a slight pull to the left. I figured that since I had just got it aligned it was just the bank of the road causing it to pull to the left.
After the 5000km or 10000km (cant remember) I took the tyres back to get them rotated and aligned free of charge from bob jane.
When I got the car back I told the person serving me that I've noticed this pull to the left.. He pulled up my alignment figures and I saw that the left tyre camber angle was different to the right one. it was -0.20 degrees where as the right was -0.80 and thats whats causing it to pull to the left.
I asked the worker if theres anything he can do to correct it and the reply I had was "we don't touch the camber angle". I was in a rush that evening so I just accepted it and left.

My question is; is there any way to get the camber angle fixed? Its been giving me the shits.

Cheers for the help

Camber shouldnt make your car pull to the left much anyway. Its safer forvyour car to pull to the left and is done on purpose. If you fall asleep as the wheel you wont go into oncoming cars that way :)

Bob Jane are not suspension specialists.

Take your car to a suspension specialist, tell them what happened, get them to do a proper alignment, and go from there.

Fulcrum suspension do a free full inspection of your car and a written report, their everywhere, and after the report, they normally ask you if you want any work done while its there (or do with me anyway) but a wheel alignment (proper one like reds talking about) is $75 from them

Edit: and wheel has no e on the end coincidentally

I would say you have damaged the lower control arm, is more common than you think on the 380's, I sell quite a few of them for similar reasons to what you originally had happen.

Does not matter if Bob Jane are specialists or not, simple fact is the camber is out, it can cause your issue and before you look any further you need to get this fixed. It can be a little hit and miss as the part that is bent will be only bent by a very small amount and trying to determine what part was damaged will be hard. I would, from experience, start with the lower control arm and if that is not the issue then go to the strut.

Camber is not adjustable, built into the front end at the factory. If it is out left to right, something is bent. As above, needs fixing.

Cheers for the reply.

How much am i looking at for the lower control arm Mad? I've looked at your site/ebay and I can't seem to find it. Does it include labor also?
