Hi all - has anyone bought from wiperblades.co.uk before?
Looking at getting a set of Aerotwin's, looks like I can get a set for about $42 delivered, which is a good price I reckon. Looks like postage per set becomes cheaper if multiple sets are bought too. Considering it's about $64/set via the Bosch Australia website, this might be a worthwhile multi-buy.
Anyone interested?

I'm interested in two sets, one for the 380 and one for the Falcon.

I have bought from them before, not for magna/380 though. Got some Astra ones and they were heaps cheaper than anywhere in Australia. Didn't have any problems with them. Arrived in about a week and a half.

So my Aerotwins arrived today - ordered them on May 20, so a couple of weeks, which isn't too bad.
I had to break my old Tridon Flexblades off as I couldn't remember how to remove them but the Aerotwin's went on easily.

Cool, I've ordered two sets for two cars from them.

I did replace the blades on the original Aerotwin bodies with refill Bosch rubber sourced from eBay but they are not as good so I'm guessing the body needs replacing too. On the 380 they are "acceptable" but not great, and on the Falcon, which has had them on longer the replaced blades screech like crazy all over the windscreen. Luckily I don't drive it much but if I want to use the wipers I cringe.

Can't wait to get the new ones.

Got my aerotwins today.

OMG. So good. The best part is the noise, they are practically silent.

Was quite lucky to be able to try them out atraight away actually. Rain in Adelaide... Who'd have guessed!! The upside of living somewhere so dry though is that I still had my original factory blades on after six years (and they were still alright).

Think I will need to get them for my TL too.

Make sure you do use the wipers occasionally though (about once a week) by hitting the washer switch. This helps keep the rubber pliable and may also give you advance warning if your wiper motors have died - better to find out then than in the middle of a storm

I don't like doing that, actually.

Worst design feature of the 380 (and lots of other cars) is the automatic operation of the wipers when you squirt the washers (without a delay to allow the full blade length to get wet before operating them). My old car designed in the 1980s was smarter than this and you controlled them independently.

I wash my car once a week anyway, and it lives inside a sealed garage under the house 95% of the time, so wipers last for ever :)

I just bought a pair of aerotwins from Bosch Australia $24 each. If your order is over $50 free postage so I added a $5 bottle of screen clean
Wish I had read the group buy post earlier though
