Anyone know if a heated steering wheel was an option in any market which could be retrofitted to a Verada?

No. Was not available at all in any market. Heated seats and mirror glass and sometimes windscreen for the JDM cars but that's it.

As for retrofitting, I don't think it is possible on any steering wheel without completely destroying it and then custom rebuilding it.

Having said that, I have one in my Audi, it is a handy feature. But I wouldn't go to the trouble of a custom wheel for it.
