Hi guys, I just want to find something out, im thinking down the track of converting my TE Exec 5 speed manual to use cruise control and I thought while I was at it I perhaps should do the climate control conversion.

First of a possible many questions is, if swapping the dash harness from a TE Exc, to say something like a KE Verada that has the Cruise Control and Climate Control, is there any wiring that needs to be altered or spiced into that may make it difficult or is it a case of just swapping the harnesses and adding the extra parts like Vac pumps, TB, Climate Control?

Also I keep reading about this clock spring? Is that needed for a car without airbags? I read somewhere its not, but thats the only time I heard this.
