Going along the freeway on cruise in our solara....suddenly no warning and the engine cut out and all dash indicators stopped displaying...no ignition lights..no petrol level..nor temperature indicators.. The clock and indicators still worked.

I pulled over to the shoulder....turned of the ignition and turned it back on....and all was well ...it started and I continued my journey for another 100ks until destination reached.

Anyone had something like this happen ?

I've had something similar happen, not in a Magna though. In my case it was a worn/faulty ignition switch.
