A guard roller only flattens the protruding lip on a guard. On Magnas, there's such a lip on the rear guards, but not the front. So a guard rolling tool won't do anything on the front guards.

Flaring guards isn't cheap or easy. I'm presuming you want them flared because of fitment issues. Perhaps you should look at adjusting your camber or finding appropriately sized wheels instead?

Can't really roll front guards as there is a splash guard lining the wheel well.

Fender flares perhaps?
