Hey all I inquired at mitsubishi about the center console bin/coin box and they came up with this part no. mr930309 - the only one without coinbox in the description.

My question's are:

1. Is this for a KL/KW or a KJ verada?
2. Will it fit into an older surround from a KE/KF verada?

Any help would be much appreciated

if so you need a VIN from a KJ to select the right one.both are the same description and refrence number(both magna and verada), however ASA auto selects it for the car.

No the one I want has no coin slots
The middle one is what I'm looking for but don't mid the bottom one.

I have the top one spare and the bottom one (with the cup holder) in my car.

AFAIK you can't get the bottom one through the local Mitsu dealers as it was a Japanese Diamante part. (but I'd be happy to be proven wrong)
I got mine from Japan.

The bottom one works reasonably well.
You can store at least a few coins.
Only issue I've had with it is when a full travel mug tipped over. Once bitten, twice shy - I know only trust a half full can, bottle or travel mug. Maybe I was unlucky, maybe just not the best design.

If you're wanting a coin and cup holder, the bottom one's the go, but if you're mainly wanting a storage pocket, then the middle one looks to be the best.

I have the middle (Standard on GTV) but I'd like the bottom one, problem is, I've never actually seen one for sale. You should be able to find the middle one a lot easier than the bottom. Tried the top one but hated it. Can't hold any coins in it except maybe two dollar/five cent and shut the lid. Stupid design.

It is designed for the USA coins specifically. Just not our coins.
