I got a quote from a transmission specialist for a flush and he quoted me $290 with about 10L of Penrite MHP oil:
http://www.penriteoil.com.au/products.php?id_categ=3&id_products=38
Including diagnostic test, test drive, relearn etc
Is this ok price wise?
And is that oil ok to use? As I know the wrong oil will ruin the transmission pretty fast

Thats pretty much the same as dealerships charge (last time I checked), and they use the genuine oil.
Might pay to compare your local dealers before committing.

That's a pretty good price compared to transmission places in my town. My GTVi had to be "double flushed" or some such and cost me close to $400 o.O
I've always had good results with that shop though, so I don't mind so much.
Everything in my town is +200% due to every greedy mofo thinking I'm your average $2k pw miner.

And how about the Penrite MHP oil, is that suitable for our cars?

It says it is on the Recommendation Guide link on the same page.
That said, if I had the choice to go genuine fluid for a similar price, I'd go genuine.

How much is genuine per liter?
The quote was for 10L of Penrite oil @ $15/L
