Does anyone know the type of bulb and how to remove the interior light of a Mitsubishi Magna TF?

Assuming youre talking about the centre festoon globe. I meausred the gap and got 27mm, though I forgot to take into account that the globe is a spring tight fit which means the globe needs to be bigger. So I would go for a 31mm,,,
Are you going led?

Thanks Guys, I'll definitely try a 31mm Festoon. I was just planning to upgrading it to a white LED because the 15 year old bulb needs to retire :)

the socket is a bit forgiving on sizes, as you can bend it to narrow or widen a bit.

As I was recommending to belz... Warm white leds are heaps better in practical terms. Leds are sharper than incandescent... White is extremely sharp. It is brighter than warm white, but after a long drive, they smack your eyes that much harder when they turn on. They don't look as good, but they are that much more practical! My courtesy lights on the outside are white, but they shine from the bottom of the car, so by the time they've reflected off the road, they are very bareable... everything inside is warm white.
