Dose 3rd gen magnas use the same struts as any other mitsubishi's? ie. evo, gto ect. I have seen gto struts which look very similar. Would be great if they did fit as there would be some better options for coilovers rather than the kido/k-sport coilovers.

All struts will look similar in photos but the minor differences will make them unfeasible.
I think there have been cases where people retrofitted other struts but not sure if it's worth it overall

Cheers for that. I had a gto strut next to a magna strut and was comparing them to one and another. I was thinking that they look very close to each other and that it could work but I also thought that if they did why don't others use tein/cusco ect from a gto rather than crappy brands made for a magna. Other than spring rates ect what would be the negitve side of say tein coilovers compared to kudo coilovers which are labeled for use with a magna.
