Was wondering if any one knows where is the best place in Sydney to get an auto Trans Ecu for 1991 2.6 fuel injected magna.
Would prefer a reco one but 2nd hand would do if no alternative

You shouldn't have much trouble with a second hand one, i got one from the wreckers for $60 and it worked fine.

The 1991 Elites, and possibly also other models, are known to blow the Auto ECU and get locked in third gear. You can still get from 0-100 in third, but it really isn't good for the gearbox, or for fuel economy.
