Have the opportunity to get a 3 inch magna flow exhaust and extractors of a mates dad his is a 96 executive 3l will this fit on a th sports both cars are manual

The 3.5L catback is about 10cm shorter so it may need slight modification in the midpipe.

Thanks for the reply was looking at removing the whole exhaust from the 3l and putting it on the th will I still need to modify
