I am looking to buy a set of 380 GT wheels but from pictures some look a different picture than others.
Is this just in pictures or did they come in different colors?
Some look normal silver, and some look reflective silver almost polished

Series 1 and Series 2 380 GT's were fitted with the non-polished silver alloys:

Whereas Series III 380 GT's were fitted with the polished silver alloys:

The 380 GT wheels on the Series 1 & 2 are normal light grey/silver which I have on my 380 VRX as they were also used on the 380 VRX series 2.
The series 3 380 GT are the same wheels but polished and do have the reflective silver look.
So basically, they come in normal light grey/silver and the polished reflective silver look. lol

Thanks guys.
I will try to spot them in person to see which ones I prefer the look of.
Are the polished ones polished everywhere or just the face?

The polished ones are just polished on the face, as per the photo above, the inside of the wheel is a dark grey.
Personally I prefer the non-polished silver alloys which I have on my 380 VRX as it makes the car look more sporty but the polished ones make the car look more luxury than sporty.

Yeah I think the polished ones look worse only because it looks like they have brake dust on them and someone did a very poor job of cleaning them.
I will see how they look in person though before I make my mind up

Not sure where you are Spetzy - but these looked pretty good IMO - http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/adelaide-region/wheels-tyres-rims/mitsubishi-380-vrx-mags-x4-17-as-new/1024235291

Thanks Stevegask for the link, but those wheels aren't to my taste :)
I really like the 380GT wheels actually. I think they are a great design and a good size

And can be picked up cheap!
Shame about gutter rash on most second hand wheels. Not enough protection on modern low profile tyres.

Yes the gutter rash is a real shame. Though I think because the wheels are subtle in their looks and don't demand attention like some aftermarket ones, the gutter rash will never really "pop out" too much

No problem. What size are the GT wheels - and just how cheap can you get 'em steve_bunkle ??

When I say "cheap" I have seen full sets go for $400-500. Pretty good value really. Ralliart Enkies have come and gone for similar. I quite like these as well but then again I have a Ralliart with no gutter rash. No one else drives it but me!
