In the "martybugs" article many will have seen (about starting problems in a TJ) it shows the immobiliser wire from the BEM to the ECU as being brown.
However my Ellery manual shows it being grey-red (TH to TW).

Can anyone tell me which is correct? Martin also says its the third connector on the BEM - does he mean the connector nearest the door?

After much studying with a magnifying glass, I've found both a brown & a grey/red wire at the connector nearest the side of the car. As JoshMcP has asked, how do you get the connector out? I couldn't get any movement using moderate effort (with the locking tab pressed in). Multi-grips?
