Any idea what I'd be up for in purchasing any 380 bumper (SX, GT or VRX doesn't bother me, any that have space for fog lights) and getting it painted? Got quoted $400 to paint the bumper, not too sure how much I'd be up for a bumper itself.....

I'd be checking wreckers if I were you. Mitsubishi charges a fortune as I've enquired for the same thing. Stealership asked me $444 for bumper (unpainted), $374 for individual fog lamp assembly and $263 for the grille to suit. Would be much cheaper to source from a wrecker and getting a repaint.

I got one through a large panel shop in Bris & it cost me $400.
Don't know if it was new or a repaired one,, but if it had been repaired I couldn't spot it.
I then bought a liter of base coat & a liter of two-pack clear and now you can't even tell it has been replaced.
Just a couple of screws & clips hold it on & you don't even need to remove the headlights to get it off.
Actually after you remove all of the plastic clips it almost just falls off.
Then you just have to remove the grill (go gently on those clips) & driving lights. At least that is how I remember doing it,, but I may have left something out because I did it back in Dec 2008.
