Hi guys,

Just wondering what grease do you guys use for power window regs? I was thinking any grease will do but if anyone can suggest something readily available that would be great.

Lithium based grease seems to be most recommended.

Just last weekend, I used "valvoline" lithium grease on a friends regulator that needed to be replaced. Mechanism seemed to run a bit faster than before I put the grease into the runners. Do be careful not to overdo it though, I had a bit too much and the reg stopped rolling from having too much grease >.<
