Hi guys,

Rack on my TF is leaking. Its not heaps and only when the car ia very warm. I was tolerating it but im about to have holidays for a few months so looking to fix that (and my heater core) while im off.

Looking for the best and most cost effective option. I dont have a hoist either.

I had herd of a few tyres and steering places here in SA fitting refurbed racks on an exchage process for $700 but im not sure.

Thanks alot

I paid $700 at Ultra Car Care Reynella to have them replace my rack with a refurbed one.

I would prefer to get a TL/TW rack fitted, they have a better feel to them.

Honestly Id rather pay to have someone do my rack and timing belt, probably the only two things too.

Yeh thats what I am thinking. Its a messy job especially if something doesnt quite go to plan.
