Im not sure how to answer this question because im not sure what you're asking, if you're wondering which cylinders are located where, then your heat sheilding near the front of the bay should be numbered, as should a similar metal plate at the back (you'll need a flash light) if you're using genuine leads - their numbered also.
Is that what you're asking?

after the cylinder order so I know which ones are misfiring
380s don't have leads either

Left bank, ie nearest the firewall. 1 is closest to cam belt, then 3,5
Front bank = 2,4,6 from cam belt
Somebody flame me if that is wrong, or better, confirm this.

If you dont know the answer dont try and answer, saves filling up tech threads with rubbish like the cyl being numbered on a 380, this is not a second gen Jamie
As Max stated is as follows
Rear Bank Drivers Side 1 3 5
Front Bank Drivers Side 2 4 6
Things which normally play up are the coil packs but before you jump into coil packs check the plugs. Just a pity both are on the rear bank

I just finished swapping out all the rocker cover seals and plugs. seem to run fine on petrol but as soon as I hit the LPG switch it misfires like a mofo. pulled apart n cleaned the LPG injectors so prob my mistake causing it
