They look like an Xforce design. Rumour has it the spliced in pipe arrangement where the rear bank connects to the secondary pipe is weak. Looks like an odd way of doing things in my opinion.
Aside from that, the secondary pipe looks a little too "straight" to fit in a magna. The headers look like they "might" fit... but thats judging by a pic' on a website.
I'd recommend buying a set designed to fit from the get go to be honest.

To be honest, I don't know if they will fit. However. They look shit.
As said above, the merger of the two banks is going to make a restriction for the front bank given the sharp merger angle.
I would only fit them (if they in fact fit) if they are cheaper than the stock headers and you need something to replace a broken manifold. And are cheap. Odds are they will crack around the merger and will need to be replaced.
Having said all that, I don't know much heat a magna puts into its exhaust. I come from a turbo and rotary background, both putting excessive amounts of heat into manifolds and pipes.

I was going to buy something like this a while back, although as everyone has said they are cheap and may not fit, the header part itself would fit but you might need to use your Y peice, misewell just get some Ralliart headers ive seen a few go here for like $200ish

If you like that look you could try the Xforce headers. They only do FWD headers now from what I know. I have Xforce headers on my AWD and their quality is pretty good. But, the Xforce AWD headers use a proper collector, not the spliced in pipes like we see in the headers you originally posted. Xforce FWD Magna headers use this spliced joint, and the common theme is that this joint fails.
