3 bolts to take the dissy out but how do you get to the bottom 2? Seems very hard

Also, i only have to change the coil but do you have take the 3 screws out behind the rotor cap? Mines got LPG so cant get leverage on the screws.

Yeah, well - - - hate to state the obvious, but you need to remove everything that gets in your way.
Take pictures as you go, so you can put it all back together correctly later.

Front wheel drives are like that. (Cam belt swap - 10 minutes to swap the belt, hours to get to it and reassemble all the bits removed to get to the belt.)

I did a search using MD619990 which is the OEM number of the O-ring seal for the distributor body.
Got these hits not sure if it will help you, maybe some clues although the distributor O-ring and camshaft blanking plate o-ring are discussed.

If you get the whole Distributor out of the head I'd recommend replacing this O-ring as they do go hard and leak oil. I did mine on my TW earlier this year and it was a much harder job than you'd think. From memory I thought there are 2 bolts/nuts which secure it to the head and one was near impossible to get to but I managed, just can't remember how but I did not remove anything else.
3 bolts secure the distributor cap.

Anyway even when I did get those off I still had dramas prying the distributor out as the oil hard varnished up around the body and effectively glued it is place, O-ring had shrunk ,was hard and brittle.

I did mine last month, pretty sure there's only 2 nuts holding the distributor to the head.
Persevere with it, as mentioned above, it may be difficult to dislodge and remove. It took me about 20 minutes just to remove it.
And replace the o-ring.

A post in my thread here (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94240&p=1588081&viewfull=1#post1588081) has some pics that may help possibly.

Got mine off eBay.

That's an example, check them all because the prices vary a lot.

Cheers, I don't think they spare them OEM so that's a cheap fix compared to a complete distributor.
