Get whatever you want really, you can get genuine rubber, nolathane polyurethane bushes or any from an auto store, aslong as they fit yours your laughing.

I found with my whiteline sway bar I have to spray the bushes every 6 months with teflon spray otherwise they bind up. They are the yellow ploy bushes.

Unable to buy nolathane , whiteline or any other brand bushes as they dont stock them anymore apparently. Should i just remove the bar and get a standard bar as from what i can tell the bars only held on with a couple of d link shackles and for all i know its never had bushings reason why both links are bent . Surprised they still make the links and bushes for the front sway bar didnt know magna's had a front sway bar but not for rear , anyone have rear whiteline bushes for sale?

They are easy bushes to machine up. If you know someone with a lathe, grab some eurathane (nolathane is a brand, not a product) and get your mate to machine them up for you.

Tell him he needs a nice sharp tool steel tool, and can't use carbide tips. Carbide tips aren't exactly sharp and will just melt and spall rather than cut.
You don't need to worry to much about surface finish (it's going to be shit, the 'real' bushes are cast AFAIK)

Even better if you know someone with a cnc machine and the appropriate CAD skills to do so :p

Ive made rockclimbing handles and similar out of eurathane on the cnc machine. Worked rather well. Bushes are next on my list

Can I just buy front 21.5mm front bushes nolathane and use them on the rear? Its a 22mm bar on rear i think. They dont sell rear ones does this mean front and rear are interchangeable. Ordered some whiteline ones on Ebay then told me they dont have an argh.

Rear sway bar bushes are generally not sold for Magnas anymore. Not on their own anyway. Not sure the reason, I suspect it's because only a relatively small number of models came with rear sway bars as stock.

Ditto what peaandham said - it doesn't matter where they're from, as long as they are the right size for your bar, you're laughing.

A quick search on eBay for the right size should pull up a long list of aftermarket polyurethane bushes that are pretty cheap. Just make sure that:
a) The hole is the right size for the bar, and
b) It can be mounted easily. Depending on the size of the bush, you can either use your old D-bush bracket or use a new one - provided it fits on the mounting plate, of course.

Whiteline still sells rear sway bar kits for Magnas for about $350. This is an upgraded bar, complete with all bushes and mounts, including D-bushes.

I Can get a pair turned up but need the dimensions. 22mm the bar whole but other things i dont know. Are the front and rear sway bar bushings the same shape and size excluding the hole diameter and if so then ill just get them off the nolathane website. Mcada thanks for the reply but id rather not have to buy a whole new kit as its just the bushes that i need.
