Hey I want to build a forged 6g75 for my 380 and supercharge the bugger

I was able to source up

Custom Intake/Exhaust Camshafts by kelford cams
Custom Pistons
Custom Piston Rings
Custom Conrods
Custom Head Gasket
Custom Baffled Oil Pan
Custom Oil Pick Up Line
Arp Head Studs
Arp Main Studs
Arp Conrod Studs
Arp Camshaft Studs

Bore block to 3.9-4L
Hone Block
Machine Heads (if needed)
Port and polish intake manifold to suit sprintex supercarger and itercooler
Re balance crank block
Nitrite treat internals

Now i want to know what can i do for

Thrust Washers
Conrod Bearings
Camshaft Bearings
Camshaft Gears
Valves
Valve Guides, Seals, Locks etc...
Valve Springs, retainers guides tappets, lifters etc....

And:

OEM Gasket Kit
OEM Water Pump
OEM Oil Pump
OEM Timing Kit
OEM Thermostat, oil and water
OEM Oil Filter

Now for fuel system i still have no idea what im going to be doing, but im guessing i will be needed the LINK ECU that red blower has...but fuel i am still unsure...I only plan to run a max of 10PSI and a SAFE tune, and what ever power it makes ..it makes... i want a fun reliable supercharged engine

Can anyone point me in the right direction

thanks

I'm sure if you sent a PM over to Foozrcool, his wisdom on supercharging a 380 will be valuable to your needs. That's if he doesn't post here first lol

AFAIK supercharger kits not available for this motor now?
Why not get the KN filter, some extractors and change the muffler instead?
That should be good for about 20-30 kw atw from what I am reading?

Why, because the OP wants to go SC, there is nothing wrong with what you have stated but lets face it, he has done a tonne of research and good on him for being serious about this

Yes, there are SC kits available for the 380, 1 of my customers has been quoted based on 2 different set ups, one from Raptor and a Rotrex kit as well. I know for a fact both will fit the 3.8 motor with some modification to the brackets

Personally I would avoid Sprintex if you can, they are very jurasic, at least with others you can intercool them for starters and are much more reliable

OP can go for some basic ideas but lets face it, he is chasing much more than what these offer, I am yet to see a K@N filter make squat difference, the exhaust is good for a few KW but certainly not 30

what about a turbo?
people here have them on the 6g74 maybe someone should do one on a 6g75?

Turbo....Turbo is to much headache for this car, and just in general they are hard to work with compared to a super charger...turbos boost spike to much if not dailed in right and can blow the motor and alot fo tuning work needed, and a headace for a custom job, super chargers are a simple thing...Also turbo would not suit my driving style etc....

Ill leave to turbos for my evo...
