Hey all, looking at getting new rubber for the car and have worked it down to the 3 tyres below, just wanted peoples experiences/thoughts if they or anyone they know has used these tyres.
Looking for something that is a great all round wet/dry tyre, also want some decent k's out of them too.
* Perelli P Zero
* Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymetric 2
* Toyo Proxes T1 Sport

On a side note currently have Federal 595's on now, I have had these for about 3 years not sure how many k's i have done in them though.
They seem to have gone hard and wet weather driving is now dangerous.
Cheers in advance for any replies.

I've only heard good things about the Eagle F1s. They'd be my pick out of those tyres.

I would also suggest looking at the Michelin Pilot Sport 3s. They would be in the same class as the Eagle F1s. I had them previously and was very happy with their grip and comfort. They still had a good 3-4mm of tread left when I sold them after 38,000km of driving, which I think is quite good for a performance tyre (although it was mostly highway kms).

You won't be disappointed.

I'm running Bridgestone RE002s at the moment which are a decent enough tyre in their own right, but they've got nothing on the PS3s. I liked them that much I will probably choose the size of my next rims based on what sizes I can get the PS3s in lol lol

Great price too.

Size is 235/40/18.
Cheers Red for the advice, I need some good tyres now as I need my car daily to get to work.

I'd be going with the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrical 2 tyres out of that selection as they are the ultimate performance wet weather tyre but I'd be considering the Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres as they are not that far behind the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrical 2s in the wet but they are the ultimate dry performance tyre & generally seem to demonstrate qualities of being the pinacle of what a performance tyre can do.
