ok so when i got the car it had the front spoiler and foglamps in
they never worked from the get go and i knew this
so
the console just in front of the cupholders has a little switch where theres a foglamp symbol (was this standard on the advance?) so ive bought new globes and still no lights
ok popped the hood and open fuse box
there is no fuse in E
it looks like its a foglight logo
ive searched googled yadda yadda yadda
what type and kind do i want and where would i get it?
supercheap etc etc im guessing?

The previous previous owner fitted these. Not wired in factory, so if they arent working, could be a job to find the fault. I know that, because I know the previous owner who you bought it from. All the mods were done prior to him buying it.
Theres a diy thread from annese about wiring them in like factory. Might be easiest if youve gotta pull it all apart anyway

cheers rush
ive pulled the front black plastic grilles out the front bumper and undone the spotties
the back has a plug linked in off another wire that plugs into the spotties
i can remember the prev owner saying they never worked
its no biggy but would be cool to have them going
i have no idea about electrical so might duck down to an auto electrician after xmas
thought it might just be the relay/fuse thats missing from the fuse box
shouldnt be hard to get someone to trace it up and figure it out
cheers for the comments
ps the globe holder clip worked a treat, thanks mate, now have decent headlights and high beams all adjusted properly

The TJ 2 Advance was never released with the fog lights, I assume if there is wire already there follow it back and see if there is a relay along the line some where else in the engine bay or even behind the grille and start by checking that first for a fuse and also make sure the relay is wired to the battery and that switch the original switch was on the combo switch with the head lights
