hi all , I have a 2005 verada GTVI that has a broken strut ( it drops out when jacked up)I need to fix it but not sure what models second hand parts will suit, or where in Kalgoorlie I can even get parts. I cant afford to take it to a mechanic, any help?

All front struts are the same across all models I believe

Where is it dropping out? Top, bottom?
All struts from the T/KE through T/KW are the same.

is it the front or rear shock? a picture would help the helpful guys on here help you

Is it the actual strut that is broken? Make sure it isn't the strut mount which is also a replaceable item.

thanks guys, its dropping from the top when jacked up, the wheel is wobbly. it could be the mount, I found a local wreckers and the guy told that 04 was the changeover to a new type, it didn't make sense to me as 05 was the last model before they went to the 380.

The only difference between struts is the wagons have different ones on the rear to sedans
