Hi guys i have a 2002 ralliart magna with two single din head units. The top one is a pioneer dvd player screens broken dont really care but is getting power the bottem one, just a standard pioneer headunit, isnt getting power anymore.
Gonna replace both with a double din headunit but in the meantime cant figure out if I blew a fuse or the headunit itself is stuffed. Do the two slots in a ralliart run of seperate fuses or would i have to take it out to check it or maybe the amps stuffed really not sure checked both the radio fuses one 10a and one 20a seem fine .
Any feedback would be appreciated.

grab a multimeter and take out one of the units. check if the power and battery cables are receiving current.

They should run the same fuse. Get a test light, put the clip on the ground, with the ignition off put the test light on the wire that has the constant current running through it, if there's no power there then you have blown a fuse which would possibly because caused by doing wiring with the battery connected or, theres a short somewhere in the system.

hi, im having similar issue, usually headunits aren't an issue for me but this one is a bit of a different story lol, I only have the one single din, constant power not working, checked fuses no probs there had the test light and mm out and nothing so its obviously deeper in, have been contemplating on just running my own new constant wire from battery to unit with an inline fuse and then stumbled across this discussion and thought I might ask for any other ideas

If you have no power, and you have check every fuse in the engine bay and the kick panel, run a new constant power wire and fuse it with a 10 amp fuse, thats the easiest way.
