Looking at a set of Alloys..19 x 8 inch 235/35/19 tyres..
My worry is the offset of 56..will this be ok on a KJ Verada with king lows

I could be wrong but pretty sure that offset is for pre au falcons.. If so they stick out of the gaurds around 1 inch on Magnas/veradas

Pre AU is around a 0 offset.
I reckon +56 offset on a 8" wide rim would be too close to the inner guard. You should look for around a +38 offset for a 8" wide rim.

Yep +56 would more then likely hit the inner plastic guard & strut, ive got +35 8inch on mine which perfectly fills the guards & are also the max legal dimensions.

Got hold of a set of alloys and they are 35 offset..
Had been having trouble with the backend all over the place after fitting a sway bar..had a wheel alignment done but still having hassles..
Had it redone at a place I had used before and they had done good work..They found that both wheels were turned slightly to the left hence the bad ride..
He also said you should be aiming at about a 46 off set as the 35 makes the tracking of the rear wheels wider and will make the handling not so good as a more narrow track...not my opinion,it is what the aligner told me..

assuming no camber on the rears, that would sound about right. those of us with lowered suspension wouldn't really have that issue.
