Just a quicky,
But what's the actual difference between a 380 GT series 3 and a 380 GTL series 3?
All carsales shows is GTL has optional cream leather over the 380 GT's black only leather.
Does anyone know the difference beside the L?
Also, does anyone actually own a 380 GTL on the forum that can tell the difference over a normal 380 GT?
Thanks,
fordy.

GTL doesn't have the clear tallights with boot lip spoiler.

Beige leather interior from the earlier 380 LX, seemingly
Base spec taillamps and boot (no spoiler)
Chrome finishing strip to deck lid similar to early 380 LX
Black dials in instrument cluster instead of white
Sunroof fitted standard
Silver painted 8-spoke mags, ala earlier series VRX
Other than cosmetics, theres no difference from the GT.

Also pretty sure the seats are different to the GT. The foam in the bolsters look different.

Looks like is may very well use the same seat foam and trim from the earlier model 380 LX

All GTs had black dials. The silver 8 spoke mags where OEM fitment on the S1 and S1 GT too. S3 GTs had more of a gunmetal/polished alloy look to them.

How about centre console cigarette lighter adaptor (fitted standard) and rear boot trim carpet?

I prefer the cream over the black leather

Me too but black keeps clean better. All 380 leather seats are too hard though.......

The cream looks good but like Kif said you lose the bolstering. The bolstering is the best part of the GT seats - I wouldn't want to lose it.

My Series 3 GT has the same cluster as TelPat16's, as did all the others that I looked at before purchasing mine...
