in order to replace the crankshaft oil seal,
when loose the belt for alt and air conditioner,
loose the bolt,
but found the pulley is stuck to the crankshaft,
making it hard to remove.
Any idea?

If the TR is the same as the TP and before you have to remove driver side gearbox mount and tilt the motor to have room for the pulley to slide off the crankshaft or else it hits the front chassis rail.
If it is still stuck on the shaft (probably some corrosion)once in the lowered position as above you should be able to get a pulley removal tool on it once you take the bolt out. Also spray some penetrating fluid on it like inox. Vee

As above, it is a sliding fit unless corroded on.
Seen a few that were difficult to remove, and in each case the splash guard was missing or damaged.
If your crank pulley has a rubber band insert (can't remember if these do or don't) , don't use a puller that grabs the pulley at the outside circumference, you will destroy the pulley. Lots of penetrating fluid and let soak. If the pulley has bolt holes, you could improvise a slide hammer, perhaps?

Sorry! the first time to do the job.
since oil leak severe in the time chain case side( for many year, juse gradually worse now ).
Is it possible the plastic seal soft or melt and stick the pulley with the crankshaft?

Not likely that the seal is glueing up things, rust is more likely.

Front is all you can do really as the rear part of the pulley goes thru the seal so you cannot get to that. Its is a tight fit on the shaft so some wriggling will be needed usually. Vee

Spray the joint between the pulley and crankshaft from the front.

Wriggling is good. See if you can detect some movement by pulling on different parts of the pulley, spray and wriggle, spray and wriggle, etc.
