View Full Version : Putting sedan rear leather over wagon rear
Hi guys,
wondering if anyone has attempted to cover a rear wagon seat in leather. I've done a bit of research and know they're different sizes though.
Would it be possible to remove the leather cover and staples and attempt to put it on the wagon seat or wont work/not worth it?

I'll be watching this thread with interest. :woot:
I might head down to the wreckers early next week and give it a go on normal trim from a sedan to a wagon. Ill keep the thread posted

Unless you can undo stitching and restitch it will not work.
Sedans have the fold down port for rear access and the wagons do not they are a solid piece.
AFAIK the bases are the same, but I could be wrong there.

The wagons look to have the same fold down arm rest drink holder without the extra little door into the boot.

I will have to pull the sheepskin covers off and have a look on my wagon. It is a lot more comfy than the sedan middle seat so I just assumed it wasn't there.

Any movement on this?
No movement, to be honest I cant really be bothered doing it. If anyone else ends up attempting please let me know!
I just ended up getting grey leather front seats, the seats in the back are TJ 2, which are partially grey. I also have a 15% tint around the back and you can't even see in so it doesnt really bother me at the moment
