Could anyone tell me how to reset my 01 TJ's radio? I've looked throughout most of the threads relating to radio resets and tried to use their advice but my radio is either really different or I'm just going blind. My radio is the standard CD version and I have the code for it. What I've been doing is turning the ignition to Acc, entering the code and then it tells me to enter CODE2 and CODE3 before I see ----. Do I need to be holding down another button while entering the code or even have my tongue pointing in the right direction? Any help would be great.

When ever my standard radio needed the security code, I only had to enter it once. Maybe you don't have the correct code and its giving you some tries before locking up. Go to the dealer with car Id ask them to look up codes for that vin number
