anyone have there exhaust system??

My cats have crapped it causing my extractors to glow so might as well do the whole exhaust system

I want something little bit louder than stock when cruising but something that ROARS when you get up top end but i dont want that bogan drone or rasp....any ideas of how many mufflers/resignators??

And does $1700 sound right for a full exhaust system mild steel and stainless steel muffler??

Thanks

Having used Liverpool exhaust for my current set up, I personally wouldn't use them again. Too pricey and not the best work IMO. I've been referred to S.L Mufflers in Greenacre. I'll be going to them next when I go duals...

That's expensive. When my brother got the twin system done on his TJ vrx which is now on the verada he paid just over $1000 with high flow cat. sorry I cant help you with an exhaust shop as I'm in Victoria

when you say full exhaust system, does that include extractors?
If yes, then to me that price is on the high end of normal.

I took my wife's little toyota to them a number of years ago. Asked for something sporty but not too loud.
They stuck a bloody boy racer canon on it !
It was too loud, but only just and besides it was nice and shiney. So I kept it for the laughs of having a buzz box on the back of an automatic even though it did NOT meet my idea of sporty but not too loud.

Cost was $700 for cat back 7 years ago, not impressed.
My Magna's axle back and new Lukey muffler was around $300 and that I'm much happier with.
