Hey all, long time reader first post.

I am stumped on changing over the brake lines from the 380 caliper. I have changed rotors pads etc before but first time on calipers. I know you have to bleed the lines after installed and everything but what I can't figure out is how to attach the new brake lines or do I use the old line? I can see where it comes from a thin metal line then has a bracket and changes into the rubber flexible line. Do I change the lines over at this bracket or what am I missing??
Thank you in advance

I have just done this upgrade - was easier than I thought - I assume you have the the 380 rotors as well that need to be changed as well? I got my kit from Mal which included machined rotors, 380 calipers and attached 380 brake lines (mitsfix on ebay). You need a decent 10mm flared (pipe) spanner to undo the old brake line at the bracket you mention. I advise spraying it with WD40 (or similar) and leaving it for a while to help loosen it (you don't want to damage it). Definitely grab yourself a hex 10mm spanner, not an open or ringed one as you can easily strip the connection(yes, learnt by experience)

To change the line, use a pinch bar or the hub cap remover to take the clip off the line. Then undo the line. Then it's a matter of removing the caliper which is 2 bolts. Then bleed your lines

Yeah worked it out for myself haha. Probably one of the easiest and most useful upgrades. Yeah I got the rotors and pads as well. Thank you guys :)

Yep, soak the nut in penetrating liquid and use a couple quality flare nut spanners, ensure you can crack both sides before you proceed and use the 380 lines.
