Yet indicators function as normal with the stalk.
These were working not long ago but i've been upgrading the interior lighting and pulling panels so chances are I may have knocked something loose

When I activate the central locking it works just fine, and I can hear the flasher relay ticking, but the indicator lights don't flash. Hazard lights don't work at all, not even the flasher relay

Any ideas on where to start looking?

From what I understand the hazards have a seperately fuse from the indicators so try replacing that first :)

Did you pull out the facia? If so, did you plug the hazard loom back in?

yes, if its not plugged in the indicators wont work at all

Interior fuse box I assume? I checked what looked to be related and all fine. I'll pull every one of them and check

you beauty, there's a 10A fuse in the engine bay for the hazard lights. Replaced it and its fine now
