How do I remove the needles from the dashboard? I want to mod that little sheet of material which has the readings but I need to pull the needles out how can I do this? Thanks

I would say possibly you could use a folk to lift the needles from the gauges but don't quote me on it would need furture investigation

You can carefully lever them off at the base.
Don't expect to get accurate readings again without some level or calibration, though, its not a matter of simply placing the needles back on - the speedo in particular.
