Hi all. I want to pick up a live (acc active) feed to run some extra cig plugs in the rear of son's 2002 Series II Rada. I know I can splice into existing cig lighter, but would prefer a bit heavier wire feed if possible.

Or, if someone has another pick up suggestion? I can run it straight to the battery (fused of course), but I'd rather avoid feeding through the firewall - I'm lazy lol

last time this plug came up it was said to be for a hands free phone kit.

No way you can expect 10 amps out of it.

Correct That plug is the Phone connection.

Pin 1 is constant power (15A) red/black wire
Pin3 is ACC (15A) Blue/White,
pin 2 is earth - black
pin 4 is solid blue and is the mute wire in the factory harness.

Excellent! Didn't expect that plug to be able to supply 2 X 15A
