Just wanted to know if both cars use the same parts.

My KF Rada has (F) DB425 discs and DB1203 pads and (R) DB426 discs and DB1204 pads

Will they fit on my wife's 2001 TJ VR-X Series 1.5 ?

Yes they will. The only models that have different brakes are the AWD and Ralliart.
