Hey all, I am having an issue with my reversing lights.
What happens is I engage reverse, sometimes the lights come on sometimes not.
I know it is not the lights as I have just bought new tail lights from MGNTZD and even then
the lights won't engage. Is there anything I should be checking.

Exact same problem as i've started having.

Have you got an auto or manual?

When the light refuses to go on, move the gearstick back & forth ever so slightly in the"R" position, and see if they come on.
Auto has a switch at the gearbox end of the shift cable. Can be defective, gunked up or just disconnected.


Look at the workshop manual to see how to check & adjust it.

Hex I have a manual, and Max I do put it slightly out of gear then back in and sometimes it comes back on.
But tonight its been working ok only once or twice it hasn't turned on

I've got a manual as well, same issue, sometimes it will work, sometimes not.

Recently Probably a 5% chance of working
