how do you change the globes in the 380 map lights can not work out how to remove cover/lens to get globe out diagram not that helpful in books thanks :

You need to yank out the whole sunglasses holder out, then you should be able to access the globs from the top of it.
Does take quite a bit of force to pull the unit out because the clips are quite strong. Pretty sure there's a thread on here with detailed steps and pictures of how to pull it out.

Yep, four clips hold it in.
Get your fingers under the edges, on the sides, about 60mm from the front (windscreen) edge, then yank down as hard as you can.
Then you can either disconnect the wiring plug and change the globes with ease, or leave the plug in place and fiddle around changing the globes with the assembly hanging from the roof.

How does one actually go about changing the light in the glove box? I've had a look and i can't seem to figure it out

By taking have the dash out :-) a bit like the magna, you just have to remove the whole glove box
