I've tried to remove the inner box in the centre console bin in the 380 without success & wondering if anyone else may know how to do this?

I have looked at the diagrams in the workshop manual, removed all the screws I can find, removed the bottom 'plate' that sits in the base of the console bin, removed the lid etc. but cannot get the rest to pull out.

There must be a way to do this!!

Note: it is item 11 in the pic. Looks like it should just pull out once all screws are removed.

Screws removed, did that include the ones on the sides?

From the looks of the picture, I would say those 4 need to come out as well.

Yes, all four side screws were removed, along with the console lid itself & associated screws. I recall there was another screw removed as well under the bottom plate.

Take the lid off then pry the back piece up from where the screws for the lid go. There's another set of screws under that cannot be seen unless the rear air con piece is lifted up slightly first.

pretty sure you need to get a screwdriver in part #6 and lever that out ,then there is a screw under that ...lid doesnt need to come off from memory..

be warned ,,it is really tight and difficult to remove.

Fairly sure I found these on my second attempt to take it out... I'll try again on the weekend.

Yep, damn hard to get that piece out... I had more success pushing it out from underneath between base of console and carpet with a long screwdriver than from the top.
