I noticed one of my spark plug tubes isn't perfectly aligned with the rocker cover.

I changed the tube seals and it still leaks a bit.

Can this be "bent back"?
Or any other remedy?

The tube is a press fit into the cylinder head, should have some movement in it to self-align with the rocker cover on top of it.
I'd be more inclined to check the rocker cover surface where the tube seal sits, and the seat on the tube itself. Any dents or scrapes evident there?

No seems to be 100% straight,
Judging by how the other 5 tubes look it seems like this one must have been accidentally moved by a mechanic.

I assume it should be ok to push it back into place with the rocker cover on?
Will the o ring seal it properly if I align it as it should if you know?

There's an idea! Put the cover on without the seals, then try to move the tube into alignment. Try not to damage it when doing so.

I meant since the cover is on and the tube seal is in place, can I move it as is without removing any of these items?
