hi, have a 1998 magna , front left outer cv joint noisey , and i managed to buy a NON ABS cv , when mine is ABS .

is it possible to take the abs ring of the old one and put it onto the non abs cv joint.... if i can do it this way , great , otherwise , its gonna be a week and a half to get a replacement.

Yes you can change the tone wheel. Just gently tap it off and put it on the new drive shaft.
