I have just bought myself a first gen ( Tn SE ) and was wanting to know if any one has any info on possible body kits. I would rather something unique and as far away from stocko looking, without the need for a compleatly custom job. I was thinking I might be able to modify a lancer kit to fit my beast but am unsure. Any help would be great.

Also while i'm at it, tyres?. I like the fact that the magnas stick to the road really well but just today I hit a turn going a little faster than normal and had the rear end step out on me. I am planing on new suspension soon and want to combo that with some reliability proven tyres.

Thanks, Justin. - Scooter

The lancer kit is too narrow and the 'bolt on' configuration is different too :doubt: . But yeah, that doesn't stop you from modyfying it to fit :) .

as far as kits go people have done commodore kits havent they? maybe even R31 skyline kits because they have the same boxy shape but anything you get your gonna have to modify but atleast it wont cost as much as making let alone designing a good custom kit.

as for tyres some people like toyo, i was gonna get toyo's last time but got four points of bridgestone G-grids for half the price cause they were 2nd hand 90% tred tyres, which is worth it IMO, they're great tyres, had them on my parents car and it stuck like it was sewn to the road, and the only time ive had the g-grids slip on me is if i've really tried purposely to do it or been in a fun surface like gravel or grass  , however they do tend to sing when going around a sweeping corner at twice the speed limit (not a screech but a high pitched noise and its weird). extra point, get 205s not 195s.

I know that in the TN range that Mitsubishi brought out a Magna Elante which had a full body kit on it. Try checking around for that model.
